Scientist by day, baker extraordinaire by night. But not really. I'm just your average American home baker, who sometimes cooks 'real food' when cupcakes just don't cut it for dinner anymore.
Since getting married in 2011 and becoming a new momma to Lucy in March 2012, things have slowed down considerably in the "baking for fun" department. Hopefully that will change by the time Lucy is a bit older--I would love nothing more than to create fun baking memories with her! Aside from baking and cuddling with Lucy, my hobbies include crochet, knitting, and various crafting projects.
